David Groß, the founder of this company, has lived in different cities and countries around the world – from London to Hawaii, from Dublin to Dubai. At each of his professional stations, he focused on the same motto: Service! After almost 15 years abroad, he started a new career in Germany – initially with Engel & Völkers. He then founded an independent real estate company, through which Groß successfully marketed top properties in the best locations in northern Germany for three years. Now the company is becoming active on the Canary Islands and is exclusively marketing the Ocean Real Estate project for a resident family office.
